We’ve been having our HVAC serviced for decades, and after moving to Orange Beach at retirement, we weren’t sure if we’d find a company that would offer us such reliable, fair priced, quality service. We found these attributes in Williamson Air Conditioning. Such a great family business, run with professionalism, quality work, and very fair pricing. Thank you, Williamson, for all you do to offer quality to your customers. Hands down, 5 stars!

We’ve been Williamson Air for about a year and half. We just had our yearly maintenance and it went smoothly. The technician explained everything and couldn’t be happier. If a/c or heating issues or need a new hvac they are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Williamson Air installed a commercial vent fan in my newly remodeled kitchen and did an outstanding job.Our home exterior is Stucco and they vented the fan to the outside and did a professional job preparing the Stucco.They also measured the space, ordered the fan and cover unit and installed the decorative Hood that matched our custom cabinets. This required three trips to our home and they were always there when they promised.My A/C system will need replaced soon and I will definitely be calling Williamson Air for this upcoming service.Great Company-Excellent Service!

We are a regular customer of Williamson. They are the best. Kati always sends out someone quickly when we have an issue. The owner has even come on a Saturday when our heat was out. They truly love and value their clients and want to take great care of them in a timely manner. Prices are great too!

Shoddy work at best, total stupidity at worst,.. they left job with newly installed condenser fan motor with BENT fan blade, MY UNIT WAS SHAKING SO VIOLENTLY THAT IT WOULD HAVE DESTROYED ITSELF,,,, thank goodness they're crew was also so incompetent that they missed the shutoff breaker overheating this actually saved my AC as it would trip after 15min,,, I finished repairing my unit MYSELF AS I SAW NO REASON TO TRUST THIER CREW FURTHER... they did a small discount but not enough to cover the $300 window unit i had to buy to survive the 3+ weeks while they screwed arround with my unit... I am a electrician and usually do my own repair and this experience with Williams is exactly why...

I have been using Williamson AC for a few years now, starting with a new unit for my home in Orange Beach. The installation went great and the AC unit has had no issues. When I moved to a Google nest and needed a new wire they came out and took care of it. When I needed someone to look at some of the old duct lines in the home they again, came right out and took care it on time and without a long scheduling wait. My most recent issue was a small roof leak that shorted the Google nest out (unknown to me at the time) and when I had thought I had lost my AC on very hot day, again- they worked me in, were understanding about it, and sent someone same day. I really have had the best experience with this company and they are kind, friendly, responsive, they empathize with the customer, and have the best techs I have ever encountered. So, if you are in Orange Beach and need an AC repair or company- I strongly and highly recommend them!

Williamson Air provides prompt, professional repair service even on holidays. They will do whatever it takes to get your system running again before they leave, so you do not have to go without air conditioning. I do not recommend Bryant Air Conditioners, however, as I had nothing but trouble with the brand new one that was installed in March of 2021. Williamson Air replaced the compressor 3 times and the inside blower/heater coils once, since March of 2021, without charging me for the labor cost to them. The 10 year warranty does not cover labor cost and the Bryant Company as manufacturer refused to acknowledge they had sold me a defective unit. Williamson Air was generous enough, however, to absorb the labor cost, and provided me with a replacement unit, for which I am grateful.

Capacitor in A/C failed overnight. Called Williamson Air at 10:30 am Saturday morning. Service technician arrived less than 40 minutes later and unit was repaired by 11:40 am! Extremely pleased and definitely recommend Williamson Air to others.

Had to have a new system put in, indoor and outdoor. From quote to install the service was outstanding! The price for parts and labor was competitive and came with a fantastic warranty. The techs that were sent showed up on time and were really friendly and professional. Hands down the best service in Orange Beach. They should be your first call for any AC or heating needs you may have.

Bob contacted me within 10 minutes of submitting request. He was at my home within hours and had the issue diagnosed in minutes and the issue resolved almost as quickly. The service was outstanding and the price very reasonable. I wish I could give more than five stars because I was blown away with the professionalism and quality of service. We had to call Williamson Air on Saturday when our A/C stopped working. Our Williamson service tech was out that afternoon when he said he would be and was able to immediately fix the problem by replacing a part. We have been loyal Williamson customers for about 10 years. Great people and great service. We recommend them to all.
